The

Newton Community Pride and its sponsors. A dedicated committee of volunteers
from the Newton Indian community has been working for several months to make
the Festival authentic and enriching. Following last year’s Russian Festival,
it is one of several cultural festivals that will take place at the Newton
Cultural Center. Chinese and Latin Festivals are in the planning stages for the
Spring of 2013. Newton is a city very rich in culture and diversity, and the
festivals are a fun way to see the original countries and their traditions of
its residents. Visit www.newtoncommunitypride for the full
schedule.
